"Don't forget, all this was organised by a Jewish organisation. The airfare for the children and their parents is being taken care of by a Christian organisation. The patients are Muslims and the operation is being done in India, a secular country."

Shevet Achim (or Brothers Together) was started by a Christian, Johnathan Miles, as a secular organization. His aim was for the hospitals of Israel to help the poor children of Palestine (and the world), who needed expensive health care, eg. heart surgery. In time, a lot of pacifist Jews got involved, as well as others. It is interesting to note that there are also Muslims in this group! It is amazing what the human spirit can achieve when we step aside from all the rot that permeates our modern day existence!
